Disney Trip News from 2-26-08
Our Festival Disney Trip Plans are well under way.
We have room reservations at POP Century, Disney Resort
We have an ESCOT Coach reserved to take us there
The Band Parent Organization has paid $8400 in deposits to
secure all these.
Today ends the Yankee Candle fundraiser, Hope you all did
well.
We still have Car Washes in March, Hand Written Grant
Requests in the works, and planning another Concert in the Park, and hopefully
another Tag Day to help everybody raise the monies needed for the trip.
The entire trip expense is totaling up to approximately $20,000.
The PBO has decided to use budgeted money to pay for half of the trip, leaving
a responsibility of $280 per person traveling.
This amount will be divided, starting with $80 due on March 3rd,
$100 due on March 17th, and the final $100 paid on March 28th
Please
submit this $80 Payment, or transfer from your student account by March 3rd to
secure your reservation for the trip.
We will leave school on Thursday April 24th at
12:00 Noon and return, all worn out Saturday night.
